Ear lobe piercing

We do this using gold wire ( purchased by the patient from jewellery shop) or using nylon thread.

Ptosis

 One eyelid is at a lower level. This is corrected by tightening the eyelid lifting muscle.

Entropion

Inturning of the eyelid causes rubbing of the eyelashes against the eyeball. This is corrected surgically under local anaesthesia.

Ectropion

out turned eyelid is corrected surgically under local anaesthesia

Malignant and Non malignant lesions of the eyelid

These are exciesd while maintaining the shape and coamesis of the eyelid

Blepharoplasty

With advancing age, skin of the eyelid becomes lax and creats extra folds. This is corrected by blepharoplasty.

Orbital fractures

Orbit is the socket containing the eyeball. The floor of orbit gets fractured in trauma and may result into enophthalmos. This needs correction.

Rhinoplasty

Too big, too small noses, bulbous tip and othe nose deformities are corrected.

Facelift

Laxity of skin of aging face is corrected by tightening by a cut which is almost invisible.

Lip reduction

Excessively thick lips are corrected by removing excess tissue through an invisible incision.

Botox

Botox is an injection which temporarily paralysed fine muscles of face. This is a temporary solution for excessive facial wrinkles.

Fillers

Fillers are injections which can temporarily improve contour of a particular area of face ( lips, cheek bones, chin etc)

Oral surgeries

Cleft lip – spilt upper lip at birth is a congenital anomaly. Cleft  lip is repaired at 3 months of age.
Cleft palate- There is gap in the hard and soft palate. This is operated after the age of 9 months, to correct the speech problem.

Tongue tie

The tongue is sometimes adherant to the floor of the mouth, which needs to be released and freed by a small surgical procedure.

Hypospadias

These are birth defects of the urethra in male children and need staged surgical repair.
